His capabilities include AutoCAD, Revit and Lumion, facility management, logistics and supply-chain management, and data analytics using Excel, Power BI and Python.

His portfolio includes the Asaba Cargo Airport, Delta State Government House, Nobito Estate in Ugbou, Grandeur Estate in Ugbolu, Living Faith Church in Udu, and numerous residential, commercial and industrial projects. He has also served as a Senior Architect on hospital projects under the Delta State Ministry of Housing’s Health Project Unit, delivering design, renovation and construction solutions for hospitals and other health facilities with a focus on sustainable outcomes.

His mandate is to connect planning, capital, construction, compliance, sales, security and estate management through one secure and integrated digital foundation.
